How to brew the perfect cup to enjoy this tea at its best:

• Always use freshly drawn and boiled water (to help the planet: Only boil the amount of water you need to save water and energy).
• Use 1 heaped teaspoon (around 2g) per person and pour over freshly boiled water (80°C for sencha, 100°C for nettle).
• Steep for 2-3 minutes for sencha, 5-7 minutes for nettle, allowing the leaves to release their full flavors.
• Once the tea has brewed to your liking, strain, sweeten or go natural.
