Here on our Devon sanctuary, I am dedicated to crafting herbal and aromatherapy products that nurture our community. I’m also cultivating a beautiful meadow garden to support local wildlife and promote well-being. Welcome to Horizon Health and Wellbeing, founded in 2018. Wednesdays-Saturdays you can find us at on Ebberly Terrace in Barnstaple, conveniently located near Bear Street. We offer a range of services, from Massage, Thermo-auricular therapy, Energy healing, Skincare therapy, and more. Eco-Friendly:
At Horizon, we are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, as we learn and grow along the journey to being 100% Eco in every single way! So far:
Our packaging is fully recyclableBiodegradable plastic-free tea bags
We use no chemical sprays in our herb gardens or nasty pesticides
Product ingredients are planet conscious
While we initially only offered glass bottles, we found that in many cases recyclable plastic is more energy-efficient and produces fewer greenhouse gases during manufacturing. We are also open to moving towards carton packaging, where we can for future prospects! We also prioritise electronic consultation forms, only providing paper copies upon customer request.

Cruelty Free:
At Horizon, we are proud to offer products that are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Our coconut oils are ethically sourced without the use of monkeys for collection, ensuring a humane approach. We are committed to sustainability, using no chemical fertilisers on-site, and striving for 100% sustainable palm oil by the end of 2023. In the meantime, we provide 'palm-free' alternatives for those who prefer them.

Each remedy is professionally crafted on-site, ensuring that your individual needs are met with precision and care. Our sterile environment guarantees safety and eliminates cross-contamination, allowing us to focus on creating the perfect blend just for you. At Horizon, we prioritise your safety and satisfaction. Every customer undergoes a thorough consultation before receiving any of our handmade remedies. We also recommend a quarterly review system to stay connected, allowing us to make necessary adjustments to your current products or treatment plans.
Locally Sourced:
At Horizon, we prioritise local sourcing for our ingredients to ensure quality and sustainability. Our apples for the Horizon Apple Cider Vinegar are grown just 2 miles from our farm, highlighting our commitment to community and freshness. By the beginning of 2025, we aim to use honey produced by our own bees on-site, further enhancing our local footprint. Additionally, we source some ingredients from The Soap Kitchen, the UK's leading soap supplier, known for their expertise and dedication to quality.

Our mission is to provide high-quality products that are affordable for everyone. We believe in transparency, pricing our items based on production costs, time, and delivery. If you're local, return your bottle in good condition, and we'll refill it for you at a 5% discount. Join us in our commitment to sustainability!
