Ingredients: Peppermint, Sage & Thyme

How to brew the perfect cuppa to enjoy this tea at its best:

• Always use freshly drawn and boiled water (to help the planet, only boil the amount of water you need to save water and energy)
• Use 1 heaped tea spoon (around 2g) per person and pour over freshly boiled water (100°C).
• Steep for 3-7 minutes, allowing the leaves to unfurl and release their full flavours.
• Once the tea has brewed to your liking, strain, sweeten or go natural.

Refreshing iced tea:

• Use 1 heaped tea spoon per person, 125ml of freshly boiled water and brew for 5 minutes.
• Strain, sweeten to your liking and top up with 125ml of cold water. Serve over ice with slices of lemon & ginger.
